Habitation Investigation is home of a home inspector who realize the importance and value of adding a Neighborhood Environmental Report to their home inspection for those buyers who understand the importance. The report scans over 1,400 databases and millions of records of potential land and groundwater contamination within 1 mile* of the entered address.
In the report your buyer will be able to see:
Location of leaking tanks (e.g. gas stations)
Location of spills (e.g. manufacturing and dry cleaners)
Former oil tank spills at residential homes
Clandestine drug lab/meth lab homes (34,000+ known in the US)
Location of “Superfund” sites (about 1300 in the US)
All potential homebuyers should consider screening, but it is especially important to screen homes within ½ mile of gas stations, dry cleaners, or general commercial use.

Great, Now What Inspections!
This home inspection is designed for those recent home buyers who did not have the home inspected prior to buying and are concerned about the current condition of the home, perhaps a "situation" has been discovered. Call me and I will conduct an inspection of the concerning area(s). Usually one problem can lead to many if unattended to. If you are concerned that if you call a repairman he will claim a problem just to get some more business, call me I do not do repairs and will never be motivated beyond your best interest to "find/create" an issue.
